Introducing Partner Pipeline: Track, Verify, and Message Your Trade Contacts on ExporterIQ
Until now, ExporterIQ answered one question well: is this company who they say they are? Verified ownership, shipment history, compliance record- everything you need to decide whether to trust a counterparty.
What it didn't do was help you act on that trust. You'd verify a company, then leave the platform to actually reach out, email, phone, LinkedIn, wherever you could find them. Today that changes.
Partner Pipeline turns your watchlist into a working relationship tracker. Every company you follow now carries a stage: Identified, Contacted, Negotiating, Active Partner, plus private notes and follow-up reminders, visible only to you.
Verified representatives close the loop. A named person at a company can now claim a representative role, matched where possible against our own director records and reviewed by our team before approval, the same standard we already hold company data to. Once approved, they're reachable directly through the platform.
No verified contact yet? You can now invite a company to verify one, an email to their listed contact, inviting them to claim their role. It's a small feature with a real effect: every invitation sent is a company choosing to become part of a more connected, more trustworthy trade network, not just a data point.
One thing that hasn't changed, and won't: verification and conversation stay separate. A representative can reply to your message. They cannot edit their company's risk rating, shipment history, or any other record. That data is still ours to verify, sourced and dated, the way it's always been.
If you're a procurement manager or exporter already using ExporterIQ to find trusted partners, this is built for you. Log in and check your Partner Pipeline to get started.
