1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ExporterIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Description of service
ExporterIQ provides company and trade data, including trade history, ownership structure, and compliance-related records, for research and due diligence purposes. Free accounts get a limited preview of each company profile; paid accounts get full access, export tools, and downloadable reports.
3. Data accuracy and disclaimer
Data on ExporterIQ is manually compiled from public filings, trade documentation, and other sources believed to be reliable, but is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ExporterIQ is a research aid, not a substitute for formal KYC, AML, or sanctions screening, and should not be the sole basis for any legal, financial, or compliance decision. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.
4. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices and plan features may change with reasonable notice. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us if you have a billing issue.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-extract data beyond what your plan allows, resell or redistribute ExporterIQ data as a competing dataset, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The compilation, structure, and presentation of data on ExporterIQ, including our reports and visualizations, is our intellectual property. Underlying facts (e.g. that a shipment occurred) are not owned by us, but our specific compilation and presentation of them is.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExporterIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its data.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ExporterIQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
