What is a screening report?
A report on one supplier or buyer. It checks whether the company matches our records, whether it or its country is under sanctions, how the country rates on financial crime and payment access, and whether the company has been named in an official warning or in adverse media confirmed by our team. It is evidence to help with your own checks, not legal advice and not an approval.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. The free plan needs no card. You get 3 screening reports a month, company and product search with up to 5 results per search, and a preview of shipment history (3 records).
How many screening reports do I get?
Free: 3 a month. Starter: 20 a month. Category pass: 100 a month. Pro: no monthly limit. Every report you run counts, and your count starts again on the 1st of each month.
What is the difference between Starter and Category pass?
Starter lets you open 20 full company profiles a month, in any category. The Category pass has no monthly limit on profiles, but only for companies in the one category you choose. It also includes more screening reports, contact checks and followed companies.
What counts as one profile on Starter?
Opening a company's full profile uses one. Opening the same company again in the same month does not use another. Your count starts again on the 1st of each month.
Can I change plan?
You can move up at any time from this page and you pay only the difference. To move to a smaller plan, cancel your current plan and choose the new one when it ends.
Can I change my category on the Category pass?
Yes. Contact us and we will change it for you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Every paid plan is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
How is payment handled?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, on Stripe's own checkout page. If you cancel at checkout, no charge is made.
What do I get with Pro?
Unlimited screening reports, unlimited company and product search, full shipment history, ownership and compliance data, verified contact details unlocked, the Partner Pipeline with verified messaging and invitations, PDF due-diligence exports and API access.
Do you offer API access or volume pricing?
